Peppery, and a palate full of rich black fruit and oak spices make this a big, complex wine. Cedar, clove and baking spices accompany ripe blackberries on a smooth, moderately tannic texture. It was aged for 21 months in 50% new French oak." Farmed organic, bottled without filtration.
